Need a Recipe For a creamy garlic sauce?
I have afriend that makes a to die for creamy garlic sauce that goes really well over chicken but he wont share the recipe as it is top secret. Can anyone help me out please.
Italian Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
2 t Butter
2 cloves Garlilc, minced
2 t All-purpose flour
3/4 c Ready-to-serve chicken or beef broth
3/4 c Milk or light cream
2 Tea dried parsley flakes
Salt & Black pepper to taste
1/3 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
In small saucepan, melt butter; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens. Add parsley, salt, pepper and cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
